We are pleased to offer instructor copies to qualified educational professionals who have adopted or are considering adopting a Hal Leonard title. We do not provide instructor copies to private teachers or students. All books are shipped via media mail to valid school addresses only. Requests accompanying private addresses will not be processed. We regret that requests for special import products cannot be honored at this time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery.

Provided to qualified instructors who have already placed a classroom order for a Hal Leonard title. Please fax or mail the following information on school letterhead:

Book title, author, and ISBN
Course Title, semester, and enrollment
Instructor(s) name(s) and title(s)
Name of campus bookstore
Date classroom order placed
Department phone and mailing address

Examination Copies:

Provided to qualified instructors who are considering a Hal Leonard title for classroom use. Titles are offered for a 60-day examination period after which the instructor must provide proof of classroom order or return book(s) in saleable condition. Please fax or mail the following information on school letterhead:

Book title, author and ISBN
Course Title, Semester, and approximate enrollment
Instructor Name and Title
Instructor contact information
Decision Date for adoption
Department Phone and Mailing Address
